What does the "No SSO found on the Meta server." error message mean when I try to request a book from another library?

Answer

This error occurs if you are not signed in to the Discovery Catalog and you try to request an article or book from another library. 

To fix this and avoid this error in the future please you will need to first sign in to the Discovery Catalog. This option can be found in the upper right of any Discovery page. Select "Login with an FDU NetID and Password".

Once you are signed in the catalog will be able to connect your request for an article or book to your account so we know who it is going to.
